How about a Dervish skills

Avatar of Melandru and forget the other gods because their avatars suck

for 999hours you take the form of avatar if melandru you are immune to hex's conditions,life steal and any other thing that will kill or damage you. This skill is disabled for 0 seconds after use.

Weary kill

5e,1/9999999c,1/9999999r
You suffer from all conditions and hexes in the game, if you are not suffering from all conditions(because you used the avatar) all other players in the game die.

Ranger. "piss of an ele" skill= be inherently harder to kill by eles causing ele to waste all energy on you and cause all their skills to take forever to recharge.

Target foe automatically shadow steps to you. If the secondary profession is Warrior, if they have any attack skills equipped, or if they are an assassin, they die instantly, Guildwars uninstalls, their internet goes dead, and they are visited by the chicken of depression.

Necro - Soul Reaping - Enchantment

Energy of The Dead
0e 0c 0r

Your soul reaping attribute is completely useless if three foes die within 15 seconds. This enchantment lasts forever and cannot be removed.

Ritualist: Immobility
Binding Ritual. 50e,120c, 120r
Summon a Spirit of Immobility with 5hp. You spend two minutes casting this spirit. When it is summoned it is immediately set on fire because somehow spirits can burn despite not having material forms. This spirit dies after 20 seconds.
Attribute: Spawning Power

Assassin: Own
5e, 1/4c, 2r
Target enemy is Owned and immediately dies.
Attribute: Deadly Arts

Elitist: Arrogant Jackass
0e, 0c, 30r
You use the /fame emote after winning a PvP match. 100% chance of failure with Rank 2 or less.

Shatter Caster
Scythe Attack: You attack target foe, dealing +100...1000 damage. If this attack hits a primary caster, it instantly dies. If this attack was fatal, your character begins uncontrollably shouting nonsense like, "Pwnzorxd nub. U R teh not r9+!!!!1!"

I got some ideas

Monk skills
Time Travel signet
Restarts your account so you lose everything

Its a good cause
sacrifice a ally to kill a foe.

Necromacer skills

Death Magic
Summon a F**ken minion army
Summon 1,000,000 minions, then you die. Making the minions masterless and killing everyone.

Summon a rock
You summon a rock that does nothing.

Summon Abbadon, Undead Lich, The Great Destroyer and Shiro
Basically the badasses of each game comes to fight at you side.

Sins skills

Pwned U nub, i owz u bad!
Target foe is hexed with "Pwned U nub, i owz u bad!" Once that foe dies the computer will break because it got mad at the foe for losing.

Ban account
Target foes account gets banned next time it logs out so they have to buy a new one.

Elementalist skills

I WIN!!!
You become a guild wars God. 100% chance of failure unless you eat someones pants.

Nevermelting Ice
Target foe is slowed 90% and stays like that until they get a fish for a weapon.

The most pointless spell
Cast a two minute spell and heals you 2hp. If this spell fails you die.

Mesmer skills

Brain wash

Target foe and all foes with in earshot gets brain wash and they go and brain washes other enemys and before you know it you have a army on yourside.

How many times did you die?
Target ally and all allys in earshot has a -60% death penalty and has a -1 energy and health regen for each death.

PvP allaince skills
I got payed by luxons/kurzicks
Target ally selfdistructs healing foes to maxaim health and have addictional 1,000 health and infinite energy.

Change all skills
Changes all of your skills to mending.

Psychopath clown signet
Summon a Psychopath clown in a town with a big frown watching people as they go down.

Ha, ha ,ha that would make the game... stupid. but what would be cool.

Necromancer skills

Break Masters Limit.
Elite enchantment spell-For 45 seconds You can control 1...5 more minions but deal 10 less damage

Offering of Flesh
Elite enchantment spell- Sacrifice 50...25% health, target other ally gains 10%...33% of health sacrificed and a +8...15 health regen for 5...12 seconds

Reversal of Hexes
Enchantment spell-Target is hexed with Reversal of Hexes and suffers a -1 Health degen. After 5 seconds that hex is turned into a enchantment for 5...10 seconds but foe gains no benefet.

Unremovable Hex
Elite Hex Spell-Target foe is hexed with Unremovable hex. Every spell the foe casts a spell you steal 5...16 health. When a hex is removed premiturly the Foe takes 20...60 damage. This hex ends in 10 seconds and when it ends, the foe loses all hexes. Foe takes 5...20 damage for each hex lost and in 5 seconds gains 10 health for each Mesmer hex removed.

Energy Hit
Signet-Foe takes 5...40 damage and you lose 3...1 energy for each 10% of health of the foes health that is lost.

Your skill bar becomes Echo, Arcane Echo, Mending, Frenzy, Healing Signet, Hamstring, Firestorm, Signet of Capture.

The Echo Mending Chain, the Frenzied Heal Signet, and the Hamstorm, all in one bar.

Base Defender's Aura

Ward Spell. All foes in this area take 999 damage and the caster becomes PH34R'D.
